Southern Frills Clothing Boutique Shipping & Return Policies

Returns are only accepted for items that are returned under the following conditions:

  • Items can be returned to Southern Frills for Southern Frills store credit only. Store credit will be issued to you in the form of a personalized code for the specific amount of the transaction. The store credit expires 90 days from the date of issuance.

  • Returns must be postmarked to our address no later than 10 days from the date the item was delivered to you. (Example: If your package arrives on January 1st, then it must be postmarked as shipped back to Southern Frills by January 11th in order to receive a refund of store credit at Southern Frills). 

  • Returned unworn and un-washed and not damaged or altered after receipt. Items returned with signs of wear, deodorant, makeup stains, etc. or distinct smells of smoke, will not be accepted for a refund.

  • If by error, you receive a damaged item, you will receive a refund and re-turn shipping will be handled by Southern Frills. Damages must me reported to within 2 days of receipt of package.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was an error on our end.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once it’s received by Southern Frills.

  • Lastly, anything purchased at a discounted price or during a store sale is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or refund of any kind.

  • Your completed order constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions for returns.

Shipping Policy

  • $5 flat rate shipping. Orders process and ship within 48 hours of the completed transaction.
  • Return shipping for store credit is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping is non-refundable unless there was an error on our end.
